Summary: Link Logistics Real Estate is a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate, striving to create a positive impact through sustainable practices. The Power & Infrastructure Intern will support the senior vice president in underwriting new deals, conducting market research, and engaging in due diligence processes related to real estate investments. Responsibilities: - Provide support to the senior vice president across all aspects of new deal underwriting, including preparing investment models and investment committee memorandums, completing market research, creating management presentations, and maintaining real estate sale and lease comparables for selected markets - Interns will also get exposure to the due diligence and closing processes, including reviewing iterations of purchase agreements and leases, tenant credit evaluations and financial due diligence, property tours and tenant interviews, tenant industry research and evaluation, site diligence on structural, environmental, zoning, power availability, and utility infrastructure conditions Required Qualifications: - Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institution - Strong interest in commercial real estate asset management and investment, with a focus on power, infrastructure, or data center sectors (Prior experience preferred but not required) - Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing processes including, but not limited to, market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation and capital markets - Exceptional knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Eager to learn and develop your understanding of the real estate investment process - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills since interaction with senior level management will be required - Minimum 3.0 GPA required - Must currently be actively enrolled for consideration of internship Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of Argus preferred but not required Required Skills: Real estate investment, Real estate financing, Market analysis, Financial analysis, Property valuation, Capital markets, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Argus, Analytical skills
