Job Description
Summary: Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy. As a Project Coordinator, you will work with diverse teams, manage project documentation, and support data analysis and reporting to enhance project management efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate team action items and track their completion
- Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned
- Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results
- Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible
- Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time
- Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications
- Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data
- Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary
- Support development and updates of monthly reporting
- Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in data analysis for a large project
- Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review
- Experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
- Worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions
