We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our production team and contribute to the high standard of workmanship for which our products are known.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and assemble high-end, bespoke cabinetry in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Accurately measure, cut, assemble and finish premium-grade cabinetry components and joinery to high standard using modern machinery and traditional woodworking skills.
- Operate woodworking machinery such as CNC routers, edge banders, panel saws and precision hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Install and accurately align hinges, runners, handles and other cabinetry hardware.
- Responsible to maintain consistent standards of quality, accuracy, fit and finish throughout production.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues with our design and installation teams to ensure the final product meets specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workshop environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in cabinet making, joinery or bespoke furniture manufacturing.
- Proven experience working with custom kitchens, wardrobes, vanities or high-end cabinetry.
- Ability to confidently read and interpret technical and production drawings unsupervised.
- Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, hardware and assembly methods.
- Proficiency with woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- CNC experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
- Valid driver’s licence and/or own reliable transport is advantageous.
