You’ll need previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry and knowledge of JCT and/or NEC forms of contract.
A full driving licence is required, as the role involves travel to project sites.
We know that a successful career isn't just about the projects you work on. It’s also about the people around you, the culture you work in and how supported you feel along the way.
At Lindum, you’ll find a friendly, practical and down-to-earth environment where people are encouraged to share ideas, ask questions and support one another.
We want our people to build careers, not simply fill positions.
Alongside a competitive salary, the role includes:
- Pension

- Employee share scheme
- Training and professional development
- Opportunities for further qualifications and learning
- Genuine opportunities for career progression
- A supportive team environment where your contribution is recognised

We are committed to being an equal opportunities employer and to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We warmly welcome applications from women and men of all backgrounds who have the skills and experience we’re looking for.
Early applications are encouraged, as we reserve the right to withdraw the advertisement once we have received a sufficient number of applications.
We appreciate every application we receive, although unfortunately we are unable to provide individual feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
