Summary: Limetree is a performance-focused marketing agency that utilizes behavioral science and data to enhance marketing strategies. They are seeking a Behavioral Scientist to design behavior change interventions for digital healthcare products and marketing campaigns, collaborating with a team to connect insights to actionable designs.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with a team of behavioral scientists to design behavior change interventions across digital healthcare products and multichannel healthcare marketing campaigns
- Contribute to and co-develop behavioral science strategies that connect audience insights to actionable intervention design

- Apply behavioral science frameworks to complex healthcare problems, with attention to patient and HCP behavior, motivation, and barriers
- Present strategy and design rationale to clients in a clear, compelling way
- Synthesize market research and audience insights to inform and sharpen behavioral strategy
Required Qualifications:
- Formal behavioral science training
- At least 1 year of applied behavioral science experience in consulting, marketing, UX, or product design, with demonstrated ability to translate theory into practical interventions in a healthcare context
- Ability to develop a structured behavior change strategy from a problem brief, grounding recommendations in relevant behavioral science theory and evidence
- Skilled at translating behavioral strategy into medium-fidelity design mocks for digital products or communications; able to show your thinking, not just describe it
- Proficient in Figma or a comparable design tool for creating wireframes and mocks
- Strong PowerPoint skills; able to build clear, well-designed client-ready decks
- Comfortable presenting behavioral science strategy to clients, including translating technical concepts for non-specialist audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in digital or print marketing a plus
