Operations Associate at Lime in Washington, DC

Summary: Lime is the largest global shared micromobility business, operating in close to 30 countries across five continents. They are seeking an Operations Associate to enhance their fleet, coordinate teams, and understand local rider needs in Washington D.C. This role involves managing operational processes from warehouse to customer ride completion. Responsibilities: - Hire, train, and provide feedback to all levels of Mechanics and Fleet Support positions responsible for maintaining our shared fleet - Partner cross-functionally on operations projects that result in identifying expansion opportunities within your region(s) - Define and monitor KPIs that measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of your market(s) - Maintain positive relationships between riders, regulators/city officials, employees, and Lime management - Design, document, and implement new scalable processes and best practices across logistics, maintenance, and deployment to drive operational excellence - Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data (e.g., deployment efficiency, fleet health, repair quality) to identify opportunities for cost reduction, and vehicle flow process improvement Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is highly preferred - High-energy, organized, and results-oriented with the grit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment - 1–3 years of professional experience, with a proven ability to think beyond daily tasks toward long-term market growth - Experience leading teams or groups.
