Position Overview
In this role, you will support data analysis and statistical programming across the drug development lifecycle to ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity. You will also be actively involved in advancing AI-driven innovation in clinical research, contributing to the development and application of cutting-edge AI use cases that enhance efficiency and decision-making.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of statistics, data science, and AI, and to gain hands-on experience in transforming clinical development through digital and intelligent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the identification, design, and implementation of AI-driven use cases across the clinical development lifecycle.
Collaborate with statisticians, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to explore opportunities for automation and AI-enabled optimization.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and management using SAS or other statistical programming tools.
Contribute to data submission, review, and quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Participate in the development of innovative analytical workflows that integrate traditional statistics with AI/ML approaches.
Learn, apply, and adhere to GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Experience or familiarity with SAS, R, or Python; exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.
Understanding of statistical analysis principles and data structures.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
