### Job Overview

A cleaning services company is seeking a trustworthy, organised, and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate payment records, and support smooth business operations.

### Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer payments through cash, bank transfers, POS, and other approved channels.

- Verify payment alerts and issue receipts for completed transactions.

- Record daily sales, payments, and expenses accurately.

- Reconcile cash received with transaction records at the end of each working day.

- Track outstanding customer payments and maintain accurate financial records.

- Respond professionally to customer enquiries regarding payments and services.

- Report discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or payment issues to management.

- Maintain the security and confidentiality of financial records.

- Keep the workstation organised and support other administrative duties when required.

### Requirements

- Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

- Previous experience as a cashier, sales attendant, or in a similar role is preferred.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in record-keeping.

- Familiarity with POS terminals, bank transfers, and payment reconciliation.

- Strong numerical and organisational skills.

- High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work the stated schedule.
