Job Description
Summary: Lifestyle Communities (LC) is dedicated to nurturing a culture grounded in purpose and connection. As an Investment Management Intern, you will assist in financial analysis, research, and reporting activities that contribute to the company's investment strategies, gaining hands-on exposure to real estate finance and capital planning.
Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparing basic financial analysis and modeling, including operating proformas, cash flow summaries, and performance metrics
- Supports market research efforts by gathering data on rent and sale comps, demographics, and real estate fundamentals
- Helps compile information for long-term strategic operating and capital planning
- Assists with preparing materials used for internal reporting and external stakeholder communications
- Supports the Finance team with data collection and preparation of materials for investor reporting, compliance, and board-related updates
- Participates in the review of historical and prospective acquisition and development opportunities by gathering and organizing financial inputs
- Collaborates with asset management, property management, development, construction, accounting, and finance teams to support ongoing projects
- Completes other ad hoc analysis and project support as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

Preferred Qualifications:
- Coursework or internship experience in financial analysis, real estate, or investments is beneficial but not required
