Leadership Development & Business Growth Consultant

Have you spent years developing your professional skills and are now looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and room to grow?

We’re seeking an experienced, self-directed professional to undertake business development activities within the personal development and leadership education sector.

This independent, remote role combines digital marketing, relationship building and sales-related conversations. You’ll use established systems to connect with people interested in personal growth, introduce digital education programs and guide suitable individuals through a structured information process.

What you’ll do:

• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns using established systems.
• Respond to enquiries and speak with prospective clients about their goals and suitability.
• Introduce personal development and leadership education programs through an established process.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records.
• Participate in ongoing training and apply what you learn to your daily activities.
• Take responsibility for your schedule, activity and results.

This is an independent, performance-based role.

​ Many begin part-time alongside existing commitments.

Requirements

• At least eight years of professional experience.
• Experience in business development, leadership, management, marketing, sales or client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people.
• Comfortable undertaking marketing and sales-related activities.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time and follow a structured process.
• Capacity to commit approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Reliable internet access, a computer and a phone.
• A genuine interest in personal development and willingness to learn.
• Based in the USA or Canada.

This role is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce. Applicants should be comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure.
