PT - Children's Ministry Director
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina
(Full-Time or Part-Time, Depending on Campus)
Overview
The Children’s Ministry Leader leads the children’s ministry at a Lifepoint campus, helping kids take their next step toward life in Jesus.
This role creates safe, engaging, and effective environments, supports and encourages parents, and builds strong volunteer teams.
This is a pastor, leader, and team builder role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of children’s ministry at the campus
(birth through elementary) - Create fun, engaging, and safe environments for kids
- Recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams
- Partner with parents to support their child’s spiritual growth
- Ensure excellence in every environment
(check-in, classrooms, safety, communication) - Develop leaders and build a healthy team culture
- Align with Lifepoint’s vision, systems, and Next Gen strategy

Experience
- Experience serving or leading in children’s ministry preferred
- Experience building and leading teams is a plus
