Summary: Liberty Energy is seeking a Reporting Analyst I to support the Oracle ERP team’s strategic business initiatives. The role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing analytics-based reporting solutions to provide meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: - Develop and support meaningful, sustainable analytics-based reporting solutions that address the business's specific needs and enable data-driven decision-making - Perform ad hoc analysis and data exploration to identify potential issues, trends, and opportunities for operational and business improvement using appropriate analytical and statistical methods - Provide system and reporting recommendations that improve reporting capabilities and support organizational data governance standards - Test key control reports at Quarterly Update intervals to ensure they maintain performance and relevance as underlying data structures change - Regularly monitor the reporting catalog to eliminate duplication, and test reports to ensure they continue to provide results in a reasonable timeframe - Collaborate with management and business stakeholders to define key metrics, reporting requirements, and performance indicators - Work with analysts, engineers, and business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation initiatives - Develop and maintain clear documentation that helps stakeholders understand reporting processes, data structures, and system capabilities - Other Duties: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this position.
