Auto Mechanic at LIBERTY CAR CARE LLC SPC in Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and adaptable Multi-Brand Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have direct, hands-on experience working across multiple vehicle brands, including European, Asian, and American models (e.g., Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Toyota, Honda, Ford, etc.).

You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of light passenger cars, SUVs, and luxury vehicles. If you have a proven track record of switching seamlessly between different vehicle makes and navigating diverse diagnostic software systems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Brand Diagnostics: Perform advanced electrical, mechanical, and computer diagnostics across various vehicle makes using universal diagnostic tools (e.g., Autel MaxiSYS, Launch X431, Bosch) and OEM-level software.
• Engine & Drivetrain Repair: Execute minor and major repairs on gasoline and diesel engines, automatic/manual transmissions, clutch systems, and drivetrains across different manufacturers.
• Electrical System Troubleshooting: Trace wiring schematics, diagnose CAN-Bus communication faults, read live sensor data, and repair complex auto-electrical issues using digital multimeters and oscilloscopes.
• Brake & Suspension Service: Perform routine and advanced brake system overhauls (including Electronic Parking Brake / EPB resetting), suspension component replacements, and wheel alignment procedures.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct periodic maintenance, oil service resets, fluid exchanges, and comprehensive multi-point safety inspections per individual manufacturer guidelines.
• Preventative Quality Control: Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards, perform road testing, and document technical findings accurately on job cards.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Multi-Brand Experience: Minimum [3–5+] years of active experience working in a multi-brand garage, independent workshop, or service center handling diverse vehicle makes (European, Asian, American). (Single-brand dealership experience alone will not be considered unless multi-brand expertise is proven).
• Diagnostic Software Fluency: Demonstrated proficiency with universal diagnostic scanners and familiarity with brand-specific diagnostic platforms (e.g., ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, Techstream).
• Technical Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Training Certificate, ITI Diploma in Automotive Engineering, or equivalent trade qualification.
• Tool & Safety Discipline: Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, dial indicators), calibrated torque wrenches, and strict adherence to workshop safety protocols.
• Language & Communication: Basic to good proficiency in English (both verbal and written) for reading diagnostic reports and job cards.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

• Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle (EV) powertrains and high-voltage safety systems.
• Specialized training or certifications in European luxury vehicle diagnostics (Audi/VW, BMW, Mercedes-Benz).
• Active driver's license for vehicle road testing.
