Job Description
Summary: LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a global leader in information and analytics, and they are seeking a Research Intern to contribute to innovations in nursing and patient engagement. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to inform the development of tools and resources that support nurses and improve patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the Clinical Solutions strategic vision and guiding principles
- Research healthcare market trends and evolving consumer health needs
- Analyze data sets and share insights to inform clinical strategy and product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and agile development processes
Required Qualifications:
- Be a current student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, public health, math, statistics, or a related field of study with a graduation date of May 2027
- Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, or have other spreadsheet proficiency or familiarity with structured data
- Have experience with data analysis tools and techniques to analyze large datasets to find patterns
- Be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Showcase openness to learning and contributing in a professional matrix environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience or familiarity with digital health tools and their clinical impact is welcome but is not required
