Summary: Lewis & Clark College is seeking a Career Accelerator Student Intern to assist in various projects aimed at enhancing student career development. The intern will focus on platform development, data management, and strategic planning to support the Career Center's initiatives. Responsibilities: - Continue the build-out and refinement of the uConnect CRM/website platform - Organize and analyze data related to internships and partner organizations - Contribute to the conceptualization and design of a new Career Accelerator Logbook - Assist in the development of a comprehensive Four-Year Career Plan - Support the Career Center team with planning, marketing outreach, and administrative tasks as needed Required Qualifications: - Current Undergraduate Student: Must be a currently enrolled student at Lewis & Clark - Technical Savvy: Comfort learning new software (CRM/Web platforms); experience with uConnect or similar CMS is a plus - Analytical Mindset: Ability to organize spreadsheets and interpret basic data metrics with accuracy - Strong Communication: Excellent writing skills for content creation and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and partners - Visionary Thinking: An interest in student development and the ability to think critically about how to improve the student experience over a four-year timeline - Must submit current resume accompanied with a brief cover letter outlining why you are interested in career development at L&C Required Skills: uConnect CRM, Content Curation, Data Analysis, Spreadsheet Management, Web Platform Administration Benefits: Professional Growth: Gain hands-on experience in project management, data analysis, and digital platform administration., Legacy Building: Help create the actual tools (Logbook and 4-Year Plan) that will be used by future generations of L&C students, Mentorship: Work closely with the Career Accelerator leadership team in a supportive, professional environment.
