We specialise in strata, commercial, real estate and residential plumbing across the Eastern Suburbs, CBD, Inner West and North Shore. The phones are busy, the Inbox is humming, and the days move fast.

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler to keep our team of plumbers moving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving logistical puzzles and can stay calm when the phones won’t stop ringing, we’d love to hear from you.

The work You’ll be the hub of the operation, coordinating multiple plumbers across a steady flow of strata, real estate and residential jobs. Day to day, that means:

• Scheduling and dispatching jobs across the team in SimPRO, with routing that makes sense for a patch that crosses the harbour
• Booking access with owners, tenants and property managers and keeping strata managers and homeowners updated
• Slotting in urgent and emergency work without wrecking the rest of the day
• Handling calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Working closely with the plumbers to cut travel time and keep the day productive
• Prepare and submit client reports, service records, and other supporting documentation
• Assist with invoicing, purchasing orders, and cost tracking
