Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Lenskart store team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable eyewear products, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and accessories.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Explain product features, benefits, offers, and pricing to customers.
• Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising.
• Support stock management and inventory-related activities.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• 02 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar field.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills can apply.
• Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
