Summary: Lennox is a leading provider of climate-control solutions with a legacy of 130 years in HVAC and refrigeration. They are seeking a Product Management Intern for Summer 2026 to support the Product Management team in various projects and daily operations, while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Support the Product Management team with assigned projects and daily operations - Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting or project summaries - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to complete deliverables and share insights - Take ownership of individual tasks and meet project deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail - Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and systems - Present project findings or outcomes to the business leaders at the end of the internship Preferred Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement Required Skills: Data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite Nice-to-Have Skills: Independence Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
