WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This warranty representative evaluates and processes warranty claims, and also supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. The person in this position will refer highly unusual situations to a higher authority for review and reconciliation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
• Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
• Review warranty claims.
• Resolve most non-standard warranty items independently.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 2 years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires a working knowledge of products and parts.
• Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes.
• Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.

Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $46,000 - $59,850 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
