CUSTOMER SERVICE WARRANTY REP II Job Locations US-SC-West Columbia Internal Job Title Warranty Rep II Requisition ID 2026-53284 ERP Bonus Amount USD $500.00 Hiring Manager Andrea Chanel Suber HR Manager Vanessa E Seabrook Minimum Pay $46,000.00 Maximum Pay $59,850.00 WHAT DRIVES SUCCESS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:   This warranty representative evaluates and processes warranty claims, and also supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail. The person in this position will refer highly unusual situations to a higher authority for review and reconciliation.   Duties include, but are not limited to:  • Provide customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration. • Provide technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration. • Review warranty claims. • Resolve most non-standard warranty items independently. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Requires at least 2 years related experience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Requires a working knowledge of products and parts. • Must have developing knowledge of warranty review processes. • Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications. WHAT WE OFFER WHAT WE OFFER:    Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role.
