Responsibilities: - Support key BD initiatives and gain exposure to one or more of the following functional areas: Capture Strategy and Support, Business Operations, Market Planning & Support, Proposal Operations, Capture Excellence - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to active pursuits, and develop a foundational understanding of the federal business development lifecycle Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with at least two years of coursework completed - Demonstrated record of academic achievement - Strong leadership potential and initiative - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities - Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment - High level of energy, motivation, and professionalism - U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum GPA of 3.0 - Major in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline - Familiarity with the U.S. Government procurement process - Exposure to federal proposal development or business development processes within a government contracting environment Required Skills: U.S. Government procurement process, Federal proposal development, Business development processes
