CSR Analyst APMEASA Region (M/F) at Legrand Group in Bagnolet (93)

As part of the deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of the CSR and ESG roadmap across the APMEASA perimeter, the CSR Analyst supports the CSR Head APMEASA.

The role combines ESG data analysis, non-financial reporting, regulatory watch, project coordination and support to countries and business functions in order to strengthen CSR performance and facilitate the adoption of Group standards.

Reporting to the CSR Head APMEASA, you will work closely with Group CSR experts, country teams and relevant corporate functions to coordinate action plans, monitor indicators, prepare management summaries and support cross-functional initiatives, particularly on health and safety, climate, CO2 emissions and reporting requirements.

ESG data and performance monitoring

• Collect, consolidate, control and analyse CSR indicators across all countries within the APMEASA perimeter.
• Ensure consistency with Group methodologies and document the assumptions used.
• Prepare dashboards, summaries and analyses to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the monitoring of climate, CO2, health and safety, diversity and other Group ESG priorities.

CSR roadmap deployment

• Monitor implementation plans for the CSR roadmap across countries and functions within the APMEASA perimeter.
• Support countries in translating Group priorities into local action plans, with clear milestones, owners and deliverables.
• Track progress, flag delays or blocking points and contribute to country reviews.

Reporting, compliance and regulatory watch

• Contribute to local, regional and Group CSR reporting, including sustainability reporting and CSRD/ESRS requirements.
• Prepare data tables, methodological notes, supporting evidence and synthesis materials for internal and external reviews.
• Monitor sustainability regulations, reporting frameworks and market practices, including CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol, GRI and other relevant frameworks.
• Assess potential implications for APMEASA, including impacted functions, data quality requirements and product data enrichment needs.

Stakeholder engagement, coordination and governance

• Prepare and facilitate CSR forums, workshops, internal training sessions and follow-up meetings with countries and relevant functions.
• Organize recurring meetings with countries and Group stakeholders, prepare agendas, minutes and associated action plans.
• Work with Group experts and key contacts to coordinate targeted deep dives, such as health and safety visits or CO2 initiatives.
• Respond to technical questions from operational teams and promote ESG awareness across the organization.

Communication and best-practice sharing

• Contribute to the creation of clear internal communication materials, success stories and good-practice repositories.
• Turn complex CSR data into concise and actionable messages for countries, functions and management.
• Capitalize knowledge and accelerate the deployment of CSR initiatives across the APMEASA perimeter.

Education:

• Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, university or specialized master’s programme.
• Desired specialization in CSR, sustainable development, ESG, environment, climate, finance, audit, data analytics or management.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience recommended, including internships, apprenticeship or first professional experience.
• Experience in CSR reporting, sustainability consulting, audit, environmental management, data analysis or project coordination is appreciated.
• First exposure to an industrial, manufacturing or international group environment is a plus.

Technical skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and AI usages.
• Knowledge of Power BI or another data visualization tool is a plus.
• Ability to work with ESG indicators, carbon accounting principles and reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol, GRI, CSRD and ESRS.
• Ability to structure methodologies, document assumptions, control data quality and produce reliable summaries.

Languages :

• fluent English is mandatory
• French is recommended for coordination with headquarters and France-based stakeholders
• Spanish is a plus given the APMEASA scope.

• Analytical mindset, rigor, reliability in data handling and attention to detail.
• Strong synthesis, writing and communication skills, with the ability to formalize clear messages for different audiences.
• Curiosity for sustainability topics, stakeholder orientation and ability to work in a multicultural and multi-time-zone environment.
• Autonomy, proactivity, coordination skills and ability to work closely with senior management.
