Establish, document, and continuously improve processes governing data flows and integrations.
Work closely with media operations teams and external media agencies to support effective system integrations and operational excellence.

If you've worked in a role where you managed marketing planning systems, supported data operations, and translated business needs into practical solutions, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to combine data expertise, operational thinking, and effective collaboration to deliver reliable outcomes.

Life on the team
You'll be part of Marketing Data Enablement & Operations within the MDIP team in Market & Channels. We help drive commercial and brand growth through clear, evidence-based recommendations and enable a holistic view of performance through data, digital tools, and AI. Our team is primarily based in Billund, while the wider MDIP team is global. We follow a flexible hybrid rhythm and value analytical thinking, confident use of digital tools, and strong stakeholder relationships.

What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted partner for marketing operations and helping teams rely on accurate, connected planning data. You'll strengthen data quality and operational processes while navigating a period of marketing transformation and evolving data initiatives.
