At The Lebermuth Company, we are building the next chapter of growth for a business with more than a century of industry leadership. This role is responsible for aligning and integrating Commercial Business Operations, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Purchasing & Sourcing, Facility Maintenance, Shipping & Receiving, and Distillation Operations into a high-performing, growth-oriented enterprise.

This is more than an operations leadership role. We are seeking a leader who can build organizational capability, develop future leaders, create scalable systems, and help position Lebermuth for sustained long-term growth. Success will be measured not only by operational results, but by the strength of the teams, systems, and culture that make those results possible

The Impact You'll Make

Our goal is not simply to grow bigger. It is to build an organization capable of delivering exceptional results for customers, creating opportunities for employees, and succeeding for generations to come. As COO, you will play a central role in making that vision a reality.
