Recruiter Intern IT Staffing
Location: Sector 74A, Gurugram
Work Model: Hybrid
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST
Working Hours: 9-hour night shift
Internship Duration: 6 Months

Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter Intern – IT Staffing who is interested in building a career in technology recruitment. The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and source relevant IT candidates using LinkedIn and other leading job portals.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or other technology-related educational background who understands common technical terminology and wants to develop a career in IT recruitment.
This is a 6-month internship. Candidates who demonstrate excellent performance, strong sourcing productivity, consistent attendance, technical understanding, and overall reliability may be considered for conversion to a full-time IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter role after successful completion of the internship. Full-time conversion will be based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Source relevant candidates for various IT and technology roles using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify candidates whose technical skills match the position.
- Perform targeted candidate searches using keywords, Boolean search techniques, filters, and other sourcing methods.
- Review resumes and LinkedIn profiles to evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, and other job requirements.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming IT positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing information in internal recruitment systems.
- Coordinate with recruiters and team members regarding candidate availability and profile suitability.
- Continuously learn and understand different technology roles, skills, tools, platforms, and certifications.
Technical Understanding Required
Candidates should be comfortable with common technology terminology and should understand, at least at a basic level, concepts and technologies such as:

You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be able to understand technical terminology and differentiate between different IT skills and job profiles.
Educational Background
We are primarily looking for candidates from a technical or technology-related educational background, including:
- B.Tech / B.E.
- BCA
- B.Sc. Computer Science / IT
- MCA
- M.Sc. Computer Science / IT
- Other relevant technical or computer-related programs
Eligibility for Candidates Currently Studying
Candidates who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree may apply only if:
- They are pursuing the course through online or distance education, or
- They are in the final stage of their course with no regular daytime campus attendance requirements.
This is a full 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM night-shift role and requires consistent attendance, concentration, and productivity throughout the shift.
Candidates attending regular daytime college classes would generally not be suitable for this internship, as the role requires adequate daytime rest and full focus during the night shift.

- Can consistently work during the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
- Are interested in building a long-term career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Location Preference
Preference will be given to candidates who are local to Gurugram/Gurgaon or nearby areas and can commute independently to our office in Sector 74A, Gurugram as required under the hybrid work model.
Candidates should have a reliable personal commute arrangement, particularly considering the night-shift working hours.
