Role & responsibilities

• Lead and manage operational projects related to supply chain improvements, process development, and factory transformation initiatives within the pharma/medical equipment manufacturing environment.
  
• Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, budgets, and resources, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
  
• Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean principles, optimizing factory processes, and promoting continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
  
• Ensure adherence to Pharma GMP requirements, regulatory standards, and best practices while supporting teams through training and change management initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders, provide leadership to project teams, and facilitate knowledge sharing to achieve business and operational goals.
