Job Description
Summary: Lawmatics is the #1 CRM for law firms, and they are seeking Business Development Representatives to help revolutionize the client-attorney relationship across the legal industry. The role involves managing inbound leads and building an outbound pipeline, requiring excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the legal industry, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong and more
- Outreach: Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, social and video to introduce them to Lawmatics and qualify their needs
- Qualify Leads: Understand prospects’ pain points and determine if Lawmatics is the right solution for their firm. Sell the value of our demo to generate qualified sales opportunities for our team of AE’s
- Collaborate: Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and align strategies for achieving sales targets. Work closely with the marketing team to maximize the performance of our inbound and outbound campaigns
- Track & Optimize: Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track interactions, measure performance, and continually refine outreach strategies for better results
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in a sales, customer service, or BDR/SDR role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and convey value effectively
- Self-starter attitude, motivated by goals and resilient in the face of challenges
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems, sales tools, and other tech platforms
- High energy, positivity and accountability

- Legal tech experience
