Summary: Law Offices of Bob Nehoray is a growing California-based law firm seeking a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager. The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers’ compensation files from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain workers’ compensation case files under attorney supervision
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys
- Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files
- Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records
- Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience handling Workers' Compensation files
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor
- Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with case management software is a plus
