Purchasing Manager – Catering Company (Dubai, UAE)*

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to join our catering team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B procurement within the UAE market and a solid understanding of the food service/hospitality supply chain.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage end-to-end procurement of food, beverage, and operational supplies for catering operations

- Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers

- Ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and materials while optimizing costs

- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance

- Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and vendor documentation

- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and procurement regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs

- Manage inventory levels and minimize wastage through effective planning

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the F&B/catering/hospitality industry within the UAE

- Strong network of UAE-based F&B suppliers and vendors

- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

- Proficiency in procurement software/ERP systems

- Strong organizational and analytical abilities

- Fluent in English

- UAE driving license preferred
