Summary: LATICRETE International is a leading construction brand trusted globally for high-performance tile and stone installation systems. They are seeking a passionate intern to assist Engineering Managers in various projects including manufacturing pilot batches and tooling projects. Responsibilities: - Assist Engineering Managers in continuous improvement projects - Assist in manufacturing pilot batches - Assist in tooling projects - Assist in root cause analysis for manufacturing problems - Assist in the updating of engineering documents as directed by the appropriate personnel - Other duties as directed by the Supervisor Required Qualifications: - Physical strength to lift and/or carry minimum of 50 pounds frequently - Strong Interpersonal skills - Computer: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Auto CAD - Team cooperation – maintain positive/cooperative attitude with all employees of Laticrete and customers - High School diploma - College Degree in Engineering currently in Progress.
