Larson Automotive Group is seeking an accomplished Automotive General Manager who knows how to win—through people, performance, and culture. What You’ll Do
Lead the Business – Take full responsibility for dealership performance across sales, fixed operations, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Build High-Performing Teams – Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent at every level
Drive Results – Set clear goals, track KPIs, and execute strategies that consistently deliver strong financial performance
Elevate the Customer Experience – Champion a guest-first culture rooted in transparency, trust, and long-term relationships
Operational Excellence – Oversee inventory strategy, expense control, process improvement, and brand standards
Strategic Growth – Partner with executive leadership to implement forward-thinking sales, marketing, and operational initiatives
Lead from the Front – Be present, engaged, and accountable—your leadership sets the tone
What We’re Looking For
Proven success as a General Manager or General Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
Strong understanding of dealership financials, KPIs, and operational controls
A people-first leader with a track record of developing managers and building culture
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for reputation and long-term growth
Confident decision-maker who thrives with autonomy and accountability
High integrity, strong communication skills, and executive presence

Salary Range: $132,000 – $240,000 annually

Requirements
Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
Effective communication skills.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Basic mathematical aptitude.
Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary Description
