Role & responsibilities

Financial Preparation & Consolidation
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.
• Manage consolidation of group entities in compliance with Ind AS.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting

Compliance & Standards
• Drive compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits (relating to book closure), and reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong governance and internal controls.

Performance Summary & Management Reporting
• Prepare monthly performance summaries for senior management.
• Provide insights into financial metrics, variances, and trends

General Ledger Analytics
• Perform detailed GL reviews and variance analysis.
• Support management decisionmaking with analytical reports.

Cash Flow Projections
• Prepare and monitor shortterm and longterm cash flow forecasts.
• Align cash flow planning with business growth and investment needs.

Automation & Process Improvement
• Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Implement financial systems upgrades and digital tools.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting accuracy and turnaround time.

Stakeholder Coordination
• Collaborate with business units, auditors, consultants, internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Act as a key liaison between finance, operations, and senior leadership.
• Present financial insights to management and board committees.

Preferred candidate profile
• Chartered Accountant CA with 5 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and Indian corporate reporting requirements.
• Proven track record in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Experience in GL analytics, cash flow management, and automation projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
