Job Summary:
The Billing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end billing operations for US-based client accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations and financial standards. This role leads a billing team, manages complex reconciliations, monitors service level performance, and drives continuous process improvements. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and cross-functional collaboration within a global operating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the billing lifecycle for assigned client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation
Review, investigate, and resolve complex billing discrepancies and reconciliation issues
Monitor and report on billing SLAs, KPIs, and team performance metrics
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Collections, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless billing operations
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of billing workflows
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance management to direct reports
Prepare, analyze, and present billing, revenue, and variance reports to management
Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a Billing Supervisor, preferably supporting US-based clients
Strong technical and billing expertise
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with subscription billing tools: Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing
Intermediate–Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Amenable to work onsite in Ayala, Makati during training, with a hybrid setup thereafter based on business needs.
