About the Role

We are seeking energetic and highly communicative Field Marketing Executives to drive awareness and adoption of solar energy solutions across residential and commercial sectors in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack. In this door-to-door marketing role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar technology and generating high-quality leads for our technical sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Outreach: Conduct daily door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods and commercial areas across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
• Product Education: Explain the cost-saving and environmental benefits of solar cell installations to homeowners and business owners.
• Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers, capture their requirements, and schedule follow-up consultations.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily visits, customer feedback, and lead status using your laptop.
• Market Feedback: Gather on-ground market intelligence regarding customer concerns, competitor presence, and pricing expectations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Assets: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license and a personal laptop for data entry and daily reporting.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills. Ability to confidently interact with strangers and clearly explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Language: Fluency in Odia and Hindi; basic proficiency in English is preferred.
• Attitude: Highly motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive local travel and outdoor field work.

Compensation & Allowances

• Starting In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 per month.
• Fuel Allowance: ₹100 per day (Calculated at ₹3,000 per month for 30 working days).
• Total Fixed & Allowance Package: ₹15,000 per month during the starting phase. Salary will increase as per Performance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
