Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the RV resort ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a friendly community environment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to maintain the appearance and functionality of the property.
• Implement and enforce community rules and regulations to promote safety and harmony among residents.
• Handle the leasing process including applications, agreements, and renewals for RV and Tiny Home spots.
• Budget management, including expense tracking and vendor negotiations to optimize property costs.
• Organize community events and initiatives to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
