Naghahanap kami ng Printing Press Operator na magiging bahagi ng aming Production Team. Ang pangunahing tungkulin ng posisyong ito ay ang pag-set up, pagpapatakbo, at pag-monitor ng printing machine upang masiguro ang maayos na produksyon at consistent na kalidad ng print.

Mga Responsibilidad

• Mag-set up at mag-operate ng printing press ayon sa Job Order at production specifications.
• Bantayan ang print quality, registration, kulay, at performance ng makina habang tumatakbo ang production.
• Gumawa ng kinakailangang adjustments sa makina upang mapanatili ang tamang kalidad ng print.
• Tumulong sa pagbawas ng production waste, downtime, at sobrang paggamit ng materyales.
• Magsagawa ng regular na paglilinis at basic preventive maintenance ng makina.
• Mag-record nang maayos ng production output, waste, downtime, at iba pang kinakailangang impormasyon.
• Makipag-coordinate sa Quality Assurance at Production Team para sa mga quality at machine concerns.
• Sumunod sa safety procedures at panatilihing malinis at maayos ang work area.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, o college level.
• Mas preferred ang may experience sa flexographic, rotary, intermittent, offset, gravure, o katulad na printing machine.
• Advantage ang may experience sa label o flexible packaging printing.
• May basic mechanical at troubleshooting skills.
• Maingat sa detalye at may magandang understanding sa print quality at color consistency.
• Handa sa shifting schedule at overtime kung kinakailangan.

We are looking for a Printing Press Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring printing equipment to ensure efficient production and consistent print quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing presses according to Job Order specifications.
• Monitor print quality, registration, color consistency, and machine performance during production.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain approved printing standards.
• Minimize production waste, downtime, and unnecessary material consumption.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Record production output, waste, downtime, and other required information accurately.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Production personnel regarding quality or machine concerns.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• High school, vocational, or college-level education.
• Experience operating flexographic, rotary, intermittent, offset, gravure, or similar printing machines is preferred.
• Experience in label or flexible packaging printing is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with good understanding of print quality and color consistency.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when necessary.
