RESIDENT ASSISTANT - THE EVERGREENS
Full-Time (80 hours/pay period)
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 10:30 PM-7:00 AM
Part-Time With Benefits (64 hours/pay period)
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
Irregular Part-Time (0-39 hours/pay period)
• AM Shift: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
• PM Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
All shifts include working every other weekend & holiday rotation

Resident Assistant – Assisted Living

What You’ll Do
• Support residents with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities
• Administer medications and follow individualized care plans
• Help with meals, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment
• Build trusting relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
• Accompany residents to appointments and community outings
What We’re Looking For
• Kind, dependable individuals with strong communication skills
• Experience in RCAC/CBRF or caring for older adults is a plus
• Ability to follow care plans and support residents with diverse needs
• Must be 18+, pass a caregiver background check, and meet training requirements
