Territory Sales Manager, Wild Tribute

Northwest/Pacific Northwest

Love the outdoors? Turn that passion into a career that gives back.

Picture your work showing up on the shelves of national park gift shops, coastal resort boutiques, and your favorite local brewery. Picture every sale helping protect the trails, forests, and shorelines you love. That's what it means to sell for Wild Tribute.

Wild Tribute is a lifestyle brand carried in national parks, national forests, state parks, and a growing network of specialty retailers, resort shops, breweries, and big box stores across the country. Our apparel, hats, and accessories are designed with one purpose in mind: to celebrate and give back to our most wild and historic places. We donate 4% of our proceeds to organizations that support our parks, forests, and oceans. This is our wild tribute, and we're looking for someone to help carry it forward.

The Opportunity

As our Northwest Territory Sales Manager, you'll own the wholesale growth of Wild Tribute across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. From the rainforests of the Olympic Peninsula to the rugged Oregon Coast, from Idaho's Sawtooth Mountains to Montana's Glacier National Park, all the way to the vast wilderness of Denali, this territory is home to some of the most iconic public lands in the country and packed with parks, resorts, and outdoor destinations ready for a brand with a mission. You'll open new doors, strengthen existing partnerships, and bring our story to life at trade shows. If you're a self starter who loves the thrill of the hunt and the reward of a lasting client relationship, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

• Scout your territory. Research and pursue new wholesale accounts across gift and souvenir shops, resorts, and outdoor retailers.
• Map out your wins. Build smart, efficient sales plans that turn opportunities into signed deals.
• Grow lasting partnerships. Serve as the go to contact for your accounts, helping them grow, thrive, and stay with us for the long haul.
• Own the trade show floor. Represent Wild Tribute at company trade shows and independently run the booth at regional shows.
• Stay organized and data savvy. Track activity, opportunities, and account details in HubSpot, Badger, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Shape the product. Partner with our in house designers to create on trend, locally inspired graphics for namedrop and custom programs.
• Deliver standout service. Respond quickly to client needs, including occasional evenings and weekends when your customers need you.
• Keep accounts healthy. Handle overdue invoices with professionalism and tact, protecting both the relationship and the business.
• Hit the road. Travel throughout the territory and to trade shows, approximately 50% of the time to start.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You build bridges. You earn trust quickly and bring people together across teams to get things done.
• You own your results. You plan, prioritize, and follow through until the job is finished.
• You think on your feet. You weigh information carefully and make sound decisions, even when the path isn't obvious.
• You juggle with ease. Shifting priorities and multiple deadlines don't slow you down.
• You lead with integrity. You communicate clearly and honestly with everyone, from store owners to senior leaders.

Physical Requirements

• Extensive regional travel by car and air, including long stretches of driving
• Setting up, breaking down, and staffing trade show booths
• Extended use of a computer and mobile device for CRM updates, order entry, and client communication while on the go
• Lifting and carrying product samples and trade show materials up to approximately 25 to 35 lbs.

Travel

This is a field based role with approximately 50% travel to start. You'll spend time visiting clients across the Northwest/Pacific Northwest territory and attending company trade shows, including regional shows you'll work on your own.
