The Opportunity

L. Raphael is seeking a precise and reliable Accounting Bookkeeper to support our finance operations in Israel.

The role will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice processing, reconciliations and month-end support. The ideal candidate has solid accounting knowledge, is comfortable with accounting software and Excel, and works with a high level of accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

· Record daily accounting entries and maintain the general ledger

· Process supplier invoices, payments, expenses and receipts

· Perform bank and account reconciliations

· Support month-end and year-end closing

· Prepare basic financial reports and supporting schedules

· Maintain complete and organised accounting files

· Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external advisors as required

· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance in all financial records

Who We Are Looking For

· Accounting / bookkeeping experience at Level 3 or equivalent

• Strong Excel and accounting software skills

• Organised, detail-oriented and reliable

Language Proficiency

• Fluent English and Hebrew (mandatory).
