Job Description

Summary: L'Oréal is the world's largest beauty company, with more than 37 international brands and a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. The company seeks undergraduate IT interns for an 11-week summer program who will lead a strategic business-and-technology project, gain experience with enterprise systems, and present insights to senior management.

Responsibilities:
- Use your skills to surprise and delight the end user whether you have our consumer, our retail partner, or employee as your customer
- Fully own an individual project with strategic business impact at the intersection of business and technology that you will present to senior management
- Become familiar with L’Oréal’s enterprise-wide systems and provide process improvement recommendations
- Learn about how technology supports multiple functions across the organization (Digital, Supply Chain, Finance, Research & Innovation and Marketing)management

Required Qualifications:
- Ambitious students currently enrolled in a 4-year college or university who are expected to graduate between December 2027– July 2028
- Trendsetters and innovative thinkers who want to create the beauty that moves the world
- No prior industry experience is necessary to apply
- Able to start working full-time starting September 2028 upon graduation with your bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Cyber Security
- Related technology degree programs
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Willing to relocate to any NJ or NY USA-based office that has a summer internship opportunity, including:
- Berkeley Heights, NJ
- Hudson Yards, NY

Internship Start Date: Start in 2027 Summer

Graduation Date Requirement: Graduate in 2027 Winter
