The Hospitality & Spa Intern will support the North America Hospitality team in enhancing client engagement and improving operational efficiency across hospitality and corporate gifting channels. Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the Corporate Gifting inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to all inquiries - Qualify incoming leads and route opportunities to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate tracking and follow-up of all sampling requests and inquiries - Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, prospecting activities, and pipeline support - Coordinate and support the execution of sampling programs and requests - Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and marketing activations - Maintain and update customer databases and account information to ensure data accuracy - Ensure all activities (leads, samples, follow-ups) are properly logged and tracked in CRM - Support ongoing improvements in CRM usage, reporting, and data quality - Assist in developing and implementing tools, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency - Support the team in kit development, coordination, and follow-up with clients Required Qualifications: - Working towards a Bachelor's/Master's degree or a recent graduate - Prior internship experience - Proactive and self-starter - Strong attention to detail - Customer-focused mindset - Problem-solving and solution-oriented - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Proficient in Excel & Power point Required Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Customer-focused mindset Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, Annual discretionary corporate incentive bonus, Competitive paid parental leave, Generous employee discount to use on all your favorite L'Occitane en Provence product
