Job Description
L. Norwood & Associates is a boutique, Black femme-led, movement-building firm specializing in strategy, digital marketing, communications, and capacity building for nonprofits and political issue campaigns. We are not your typical big-box consultants. Our team consists of passionate and expert activists and organizers who use our talents to support Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). We are a lean and powerful team of high-performing professionals deeply invested in developing strategies and targeted content that helps build people power, advance racial justice and impact systemic change.
We are movement builders.
We have Southern California roots but serve clients nationwide. We were founded in 2019 by Marketer, Strategist, and National Organizer, Lanae Norwood. So if you are looking for a small but mighty squad that is committed to using our talents to make positive impact for BIPOC communities, then in the words of our extraterrestrial friend E.T., “phone home!”
