They are seeking a highly motivated Analyst/Associate to join their Corporate Development team, where the candidate will support mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and corporate initiatives that drive long-term value. Responsibilities: - Assist in all phases of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning - Support senior M&A professionals in target outreach, conference attendance, investment banker outreach and broader deal sourcing initiatives - Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets - Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities - Prepare materials for senior leadership, including investment memos, board presentations, and strategic reviews - Work closely with finance, legal, operations, and business units to ensure seamless execution of transactions - Help develop deal thesis, track and manage the deal pipeline and maintain accurate records of ongoing projects Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field - 1–5 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, transaction advisory or management consulting - Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint - Familiarity with valuation techniques (DCF, payback, precedent transactions, comps) - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Analyze current and past financial data - Build financial models and forecasts - Evaluate business performance against plans - Research economic and market trends - Recommend investments - Meet with company officials for deeper insight Preferred Qualifications: - MBA or CFA is a plus - Location: East coast US preferred Required Skills: Financial Modeling, Valuation Techniques, Investment Banking Important Skills: Excel Proficiency, PowerPoint Proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical Skills, Research Skills Benefits: Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans., Comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
