Responsibilities:
- As a Retail Intern, you’ll play an active role in daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain a high-performing environment
- You’ll work closely with team members, prioritize tasks, and support store goals
- Throughout the internship, you’ll gain leadership experience by contributing to team meetings, participating in store audits, and supporting operational and administrative functions
- As you grow in the role, you’ll take on increased responsibility, including leading store shifts and making business-focused decisions that directly impact store success

Required Qualifications:
- Actively working toward a 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
- High aptitude for learning and performing a variety of tasks
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
