Job Description:
• • Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SFB.
• • Help Desk operations and ITSM tools.
• • PowerShell.
• • Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• • Exchange and Skype for Business support.
• • GPO, DNS, DHCP management.
• • Help Desk escalation handling (Altitude).
• • End user and infrastructure issue resolution.
