Prior insurance defense is required. Experience in construction litigation is highly desired. REQUIREMENTS • Stellar academic credentials. • Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy. • Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass—your unwavering commitment to exceptional client service. • Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style. • Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required.  Your Day-to-Day • Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel. • Analyzing complex legal issues and providing targeted and effective counsel to clients. • Draft and review vital pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions. • Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
