About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with hands-on experience designing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and clinic management systems. You will create intuitive experiences for doctors, receptionists, and clinic administrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate clinical and operational requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and polished interface designs.
• Design workflows for appointments, patient registration, consultations, medical records, prescriptions, billing, and reporting.
• Simplify complex forms and information-heavy screens.
• Create interactive prototypes and validate designs with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain reusable Figma components and a consistent design system.
• Prepare clear developer handoffs and review implemented screens for design accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience designing EMR, EHR, or clinic management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
• Good spoken and written English is mandatory.
• A portfolio demonstrating healthcare workflows and explaining your design decisions.
• Strong understanding of usability, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity: able to clarify incomplete requirements, validate assumptions, and turn evolving needs into practical designs.
• Fluent English and the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines within a part-time schedule.
