Roles & Responsibilities

Industry exposure: Participate in live projects, shop floor activities, and operational excellence initiatives. -

Process understanding: Learn end-to-end workflows in manufacturing company

Data analysis: Assist in collecting, analysing, and presenting operational data using Excel dashboards and visual tools.

Continuous improvement: Support lean initiatives, and efficiency improvement projects.

Team collaboration: Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and operators to understand real-world challenges.

Reporting: Prepare structured reports, presentations, and checklists to document learning and project outcomes.

NOTE: Based on Interview performace Stiped will be discussed.
