Summary: Kreg Therapeutics is a company focused on providing specialty rental medical equipment to hospital partners. The Field Service Representative will be responsible for delivering, setting up, servicing, and picking up medical equipment, as well as providing on-site support to hospital staff. Responsibilities: - Drive and operate a 28-foot box truck (about 10–250 miles/day) - Deliver/service/pick up equipment and coordinate routes with Central Dispatch - Provide professional on-site support and basic equipment guidance to hospital staff - Clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prep equipment for patient use - Move and maneuver equipment/beds up to 1,000 lbs using provided tools - Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing/walking/bending throughout shift - Complete daily reporting using mobile/email/company software Required Qualifications: - Valid driver's license - Pass background check + drug screening (pre-employment and random) - Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving - Available for 2nd shift: 2pm-11PM Monday - Friday (will work either Saturday or Sunday with one week day off) Preferred Qualifications: - Customer/service experience preferred Required Skills: Driving, Equipment cleaning, Equipment disinfecting, Equipment inspection, Equipment testing, Basic troubleshooting, Mobile software usage, Email software usage Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance, Paid travel expenses, Vacation/personal/sick time
