Internship : Finance at KRAFTON Inc. in El Segundo, CA

Summary: KRAFTON Inc. is a global gaming company known for its innovative game development, including the popular PUBG: Battlegrounds. They are seeking an Accounting/Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in the gaming industry, assisting with various accounting operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily and ad hoc accounting operations in a compliant way - Process vendor invoices using company systems (Kissflow, Concur and SAP) - Process corporate credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements using Concur, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate coding and recording of expenses - Maintain vendor information - Perform bank reconciliation and daily cash report - Keep track of employee fringe benefits - Help maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation - Assist with other accounting-related duties Required Qualifications: - Strong analytical mindset with an eye for 'the story behind the numbers' - High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial data - Excellent communication skills for collaborating across different departments - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and workflows - Bilingual in English & Korean - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (Rising Seniors preferred) - Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint Required Skills: Accounting, Finance Important Skills: Microsoft Excel, Bilingual in English & Korean Nice-to-Have Skills: Analytical mindset, learn new tools
