Summary: Kraft Heinz is a leading food company that believes in growing its people to grow its business. The Financial Analyst role is crucial in providing financial analysis and insights for the Meats, Cheese, Coffee, and Snacking Business Unit, focusing on P&L management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and explain the full P&L for the BU, including the performance of our Operations organization on cost, productivity, attainment, etc - Drive the calendar and agenda for key financial planning routines, including establishment and monitoring of KPIs for each of the BU’s categories - Partner with the Marketing and Sales organizations to understand and forecast the unconstrained demand for our products, both from an internal P&L perspective as well as external consumption and market share - Collaborate with the Revenue Management organization on pricing and promotional strategies, and the financial and market share implications of such actions - Analyze and measure the impact of supply constraints on our P&L and market share with the assistance of counterparts in Operations - Develop reporting packages for results which provide useful insights while driving efficiency and standardization across the platforms - Partner with Growth & Strategic Finance teams within the BU to understand the long-term industry outlook for our categories, as well as strategic bets including innovation, renovation, and capital planning, and integrating those within our near-term forecasts as applicable - Continuously evaluate the BU FP&A routines and ways of working for potential process improvement and drive implementation and execution of such proposals Required Qualifications: - BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred - 1+ years of Finance related experience - Advanced Excel skills required - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: - Prior finance, accounting, consulting, and/or FP&A experience preferred - Experience with Tableau, IRI, SAP, and/or Power BI Financial Reporting is a plus Required Skills: Financial analysis, P&L management, Financial planning, analysis (FP&A), Forecasting, Variance analysis, KPI monitoring, Excel, Tableau, IRI, SAP, Power BI, Analytical Benefits: Medical, dental and vision coverage, 7% 401(k) matching, Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to help foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging for all employees, An industry-leading total rewards package that emphasizes a high discretionary bonus, Coverage for employees (and their eligible dependents) through affordable access to healthcare, protection, and saving for the future, Physical - Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Screenings/Assessments, Social - Paid Time Off, Company Holidays, Leave of Absence, Flexible Work Arrangements, Recognition, Training, Emotional – Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Programs, Family Support Programs, Financial – 401k, Life, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Disability
